"We have had the pleasure of knowing Mr. Seabrook for 10 years. My 3 children, now young adults, have been training with Mr. Seabrook for this long. He not only instructs his students in the art of Kenpo Karate, he also talks to them and passes on words of wisdom. He has taught them patience, confidence, how to concentrate and focus. He teaches in a manner that each student feels like an individual and wants to learn. Mr. Seabrook has a very unique gift of encouraging his students to achieve their individual potential. I have seen many changes in my 3 kids throughout their Kenpo journey. As each one of them grow and mature, their attitude toward their Kenpo training matures. I also see a unique bonding the students have for each other.  They have the utmost respect for Mr. Seabrook because he has taught them so many valuable lessons that they can choose to use in their everyday lives. We have been to tournaments in the city where other schools participate and I am not an expert but I can distinctly see a difference in the quality, skill and respect  of the art being performed. "It's not to common to see a person at a young age become a leader, coach, family man and a carrier of the Kenpo Flame like Professor Jamie Seabrook.
